How are the international disputes handled?
The ePOST management team (worldmaster@krpost.net) compiles the customers' complaints and reports to the Customer Services at International Post in the Korean Ministry of Information and Communication. The concerned authority then gives directions on the adjustmental measures to the concerned post office, which are then forwarded to the concerned customer.
