Click "Products Search," and log in. Enter the place the orders to be shipped, and information on the shopper, and click Confirmation of the order
Products Search
- To order from the products on the home page, such as Recommended Products, Daily Surprises, Ultra-bargain Products or Theme Shopping, click the concerned product to order.
(The products on the home page shall be added.)
- Search products by categories posted on top of the home page.
- For quick search, enter the product name and price levels in the upper left of the home page.
- Refer to the detailed information on specific products on the Products page and click "Order" for wanted products.
Log-in
- Members can order just by entering the ID and password. All other information required for shipping shallbe retrieved from the information provided upon membership registration.
- Non-members are requested to click the "Non-member" to order.
- Members are eligible to various benefits besides the easy access to order.
Information on the Place of Orders to Be Shipped
- For exact shipments, please make sure to enter the exact address of the recipient of the products you order.
- Members can file the addresses of possible recipients in advance and send the products just by clicking on the recipient.
- Senders can write messages on chosen cards to be mailed with the products.
Information on the Sender
- For members, the information on the sender is automatically put in.
- To send the products with another person's name as the sender, modification can be easily made in the preregistered form.
- Non-members are required to fill in information of the sender as directed.
Confirmation of Order
- Confirm "the expected account" and "information on the sender," click the credit card to pay from before clicking "order."

Delivery Time
- By EMS(international express mail) : Within two to five days from the date of the day after the confirmation of payment by the credit card.
- By small parcel : Within ten to fourteen days from the date of the day after confirmation of payment by credit card
- Around New Year's Day or other Korean traditional holidays when mail increase, the delivery time may vary up and be subject to up to a week's delay.
- The delivery time is subject to change depending on conditions of the place the orders to be shipped.
Points to Note in Placing an Order

Cancellation of orders
Cancellation of orders is possible by 10:00 of the day after placing an order by the Korean time.
Exchange
Exchange (with a same kind of product) is possible if the request is made within 10 days for agricultural, marine, or forestry products and 25 days for processed foods, industrial products and handicraft in case the products or services delivered are not those ordered or not as described in the information posted, or other reasons that the ePOST is liable to.

The Korea Post Shopping service benefits both the producer and consumer: it opens up an extended market for Korea's numerous excellent products throughout the nation, and enables the customers to enjoy excellent local specialties at lower costs by the direct mailing delivered to their own requested addresses from anywhere in the country.

When will I get my orders delivered?
By the EMS, the orders are delivered within two to three days from the date of the day after confirmation of payment by credit cards, and within six to seven days by small parcel. Customers can check the status of the delivery by clicking the "delivery status."
The product is delivered with a damage.
When there is a damage in the product delivered, return the damaged product to the concerned post office and send a mail to the ePOST webmaster(worldmaster@krpost.net).

How can I get a refund?
Please inform the ePOST webmaster of the order number of the concerned product ( worldmaster@krpost.net ) and request for refund. The concerned post office will make the refund after confirmation of the receipt of the products returned.
What if the delivered product is not the one or of a wrong size I ordered?
A Please call ePOSt management team at [worldmaster@krpost.net], and follow the procedure for the return.
I need more information on the producer.
Please leave a post in the "customers' bulletin" whatever you have questions of, and you will get a prompt reply with the required information.
I have questions on the use of the product.
Visit the specific product's site, and you will be able to get detailed information on the product and producer. For further information, please send a mail to the ePOST webmaster( worldmaster@krpost.net ).
How are the international disputes handled?
The ePOST management team ( worldmaster@krpost.net ) compiles the customers' complaints and reports to the Customer Services at International Post in the Korean Ministry of Information and Communication. The concerned authority then gives directions on the adjustmental measures to the concerned post office, which are then forwarded to the concerned customer.
